The captivating interstellar sport of the future known as cosmoball is played aboard the enormous spaceship that is currently circling the Earth in the skies above. Players can be either human or alien. In exchange for the discovery of a treatment for his mother's terminal sickness, a young man with extraordinary powers of an unexplained origin decides to join the team of fiery superheroes. The four champions from Earth will compete in the magnificent game not only to uphold the honor of their home planet in the competition, but also to confront a new and unprecedented danger to the Galaxy and take control of their own destinies.
