Four Flies on Grey Velvet

Roberto, a drummer in a rock band, has been receiving strange phone calls and has been stalked by an unidentified man for several weeks. His pursuers eventually catch up with him and he attempts to coerce him into speaking, but in the ensuing struggle, he accidently stabs him in the back of the head. He flees, but the following day, he receives an envelope with photographs of him killing the man, which he realizes is only the beginning of his problems with the law. It appears like someone is killing all of his pals and attempting to frame him for the crimes...
