Far from Home: The Adventures of Yellow Dog
Angus, a teen, adopts and names a stray dog Yellow. Several days later, while traveling along British Columbia's coast with Angus's father, John, the boy and dog become stranded when their boat is capsized by turbulent waters. Angus' parents are relentless in their pursuit of rescuers. Angus, supported by the intelligent Yellow Dog and instructed by his father in wilderness survival skills, attempts to attract rescuers.
