Ellie and her beloved dog Totoshka are back in the Magic Country at just the right time. The Emerald City authorities are once again attempting to apprehend the treacherous Urfin Jus, who, despite losing an army of wooden troops, has not abandoned his nasty habit of ruining everyone's life.
