Riley Quinn, a CIA analyst, lost everything when she exposed the US government. She was pursued and forced into exile, so she fled to Colombia. Riley is living a solitary existence two years later when Bill Donovan, a CIA agent, appears with an offer. If she assists an international task force in seizing millions of dollars, her name will be cleansed. Riley takes the position, but she doesn't know it's a deception until it's too late. Riley must confront the ghosts of her past and find a way back home as she is pursued by corrupt agents.
