Ernest Goes to Jail

Bumbling During his jury service, Ernest P. Worrell is mistaken for crime leader Mr. Nash, which leads to an exchange of places with the unscrupulous lawyer. In the meantime, Nash takes over Ernest's work as a bank teller, and Ernest is sentenced to death by electrocution. Unfortunately for Ernest, the electrocution does not kill him; instead, it grants him superhuman abilities, allowing him to escape from prison and derail Nash's attempt to rob a bank.
