Tournament of Power has brought peace to the world. Goku spends all day training to become even stronger because he knows there are still a lot of strong people he hasn't met yet. Then, one day, a Saiyan named "Broly" who Goku and Vegeta have never seen before attacks them. The destruction of Planet Vegeta was supposed to have killed off almost all of the Saiyans.
