Dracula 2000's follow-up. Vampires are hunted by Father Uffizi [Jason Scott Lee]. His ultimate purpose is to identify the original vampire, Dracula (revealed as Judas Iscariot in Dracula2000), pardon Dracula of his sins against Jesus, set his soul free, and put an end to his unholy existence. So when Dracula's burnt body is discovered in a New Orleans morgue, Uffizi goes there to investigate. Liz Blaine [Diane Neal] and Luke [Jason London], medical students, are tasked with autopsying the deceased. The liver and other organs are white when they open the abdominal cavity, indicating to Luke that the guy did not create his own blood but obtained it from somewhere else, i.e., a vampire.
