Johnny organizes a black magic ceremony in a deserted churchyard in London during the early 1970s, ostensibly for teen thrills. The ritual's finale, however, is the resuscitation of Dracula from his shriveled remains. Jessica Van Helsing is one of the victims supplied by Johnny, Dracula's disciple, who brings victims to the abandoned graveyard for his master's pleasure. Her grandpa, a descendant of the Van Helsing vampire hunters, confronts his arch enemy in the age-old war between good and evil, armed with all the instruments necessary to capture and kill the Count.
