Detective K: Secret of the Lost Island

In medieval Korea, a detective investigates a counterfeiting network. In the nineteenth year of Jeonjo's reign, Kim Min, Joseon's top detective and former secret messenger to the King, is banished to a desolate island for unknown reasons. His only visitors are his former lover, Seo-pil, and a young girl who visits daily to request assistance in locating her younger sibling. Meanwhile, Kim Min overhears a rumor about the distribution of fraudulent silver bars, which reawakens his latent detective abilities. Hisako, a lovely, mysterious woman whose identity is unknown, is constantly interfering with this great duo of detectives' inquiry.
