Demolition Man
During a parole hearing in 2032's utopian Los Angeles, dangerous felon Simon Phoenix, who was cryogenically frozen in 1996, escapes. The police are unable to control Phoenix's violent tendencies, so they resort to his captor, who was likewise cryogenically frozen after being falsely accused of killing 30 innocent people while apprehending Phoenix.
