In 1432, the Virgin Mary made an appearance in the small town of Caravaggio. This was the inspiration for the gruesome but beautiful paintings of the artist, Michelangelo Merisi, who lived in the town (better known as Caravaggio). The three women who went to Caravaggio now are Lisa, a young woman who wants to be an artist, Claudia, a sexy Italian translator, and May, a young nun about to start her life as a nun. When the apparition shows up again, their world is turned upside down. May is haunted by premonitions of shocking murders. This is a book about the supernatural that will make you afraid. Murders based on a painting will happen, and the three women must find out a secret that will open a shocking fate.
