It has been more than a year since the outbreak began. Our society has broken down and the world has gone into chaos. People who are still alive are Elvis and Tweeter. They plan to flee the United States for a small island in the Caribbean. On the island, they find a new group of people trying to fight off an army of dead people. They can join this group of survivors, but only if they can do what needs to be done for the group.
