On her last day on duty in December of 1960, registered nurse Patirica (German starlet Eva Habermann) has a lot to stress over. There is a consistent stream of patients at the office, an intern in training and her manager, Dr. Individual (George Hardy, TROLL 2), is anxiously awaiting a browse through from the license supervisors. While Dr. Individual looks for a guinea pig for his upcoming presentation of the cyst-pulverizing tool he's created called the Get-Gone, nurse Patricia, scarred from a previous test of the maker, expands significantly nervous. Her worries quickly confirm well-founded when Dr. Man inadvertently creates a huge man-eating cyst that rips its way with the workplace.
