Curse of the Pink Panther

Inspector Clouseau went missing, and the Surete wants the world's second best detective to look for him, so he's going to look for him. Clouseau's enemy, Dreyfus, rigs the Surete's computer to choose the world's worst detective instead: NYPD Sgt. Clifton Sleigh, who is from the NYPD. It looks like Sleigh messes up like Clouseau's American cousin. Assassinators and corrupt officials don't seem to bother him at all.
