Coco Chanel & Igor Stravinsky
Paris, France, in the year 1913. Although Coco Chanel is enamored with Boy Capel, she is also drawn to her work. An orchestra is about to perform Stravinsky's The Rite of Spring. Contrasting concepts of Igor and Coco can be found in their work. She wants to make women's fashion more accessible, and he wants to change the way people listen to music. In a stunning white outfit, Coco attends the Rite's sensational world premiere. The music and dance are deemed to be excessively avant-garde and exotic by some. In Coco's case, she's moved, but Igor can't get over it.
