A young woman, Chloe, living on the streets of New York, meets Theo, an Inuit Eskimo sent to New York by his elders to deliver a warning to the world: We must change our destructive ways or be annihilated. Theo inspires Chloe, who has been yearning for something to believe in, and together with Monica, they take Theo's tale to the United Nations in hopes of building a better future for everybody.
