Blue World Order

A nuclear war obliterated the northern hemisphere, and the surviving southern populations became desperate and aggressive in their competition for few resources. Infectious bacteria threatens to annihilate those who remain in society. An vaccine was administered to the microbes via a large Electro-Macnetic Pulse in an effort to reestablish civilization (EMP). Also secretly, an Order virus that gave them influence over the populace was delivered through the EMP. Just one person is immune to the virus of the Order: Jake Slater. Jake now scavenges the desolate wasteland in quest of a means to keep his unconscious daughter alive, ignorant that she is the last kid on Earth and the key to the survival of humanity.
