Blood Child
Blood Child is a true-life horror story. Bill and Ashely DiAngelo seem to have it all, a new baby, a posting to Singapore, and a life in paradise. Tragically, she loses the baby and falls into a profound depression. Ashley thinks that the only way to "be" with her miscarried kid is to raise her own "ghost child" in the South East Asian mystical tradition. To find a bomoh (witch doctor) who can imprison the ghost of unborn deceased babies, she enlists her Indonesian maid Siti's assistance. Siti attempts in vain to prevent Ashley from using such wicked magic. In the meantime, Bill determines that the pair should return home to Minnesota to restart their lives. Ashley and Bill are astonished to find themselves pregnant again months after returning to the US....
