As a librarian, Chui Chik strives to keep a low profile. The truth is that he was formerly a test subject for a top-secret supersoldier project and now serves as a teacher for a special commando team known only as "701" As a result of a recent incident involving the 701 squad's agent who killed a group of police officers in a fit of rage, the government has decided to terminate the study and delete all of the participants. After the extermination attempt, Chui Chik rescued the remaining 701 agents and helped them escape. After escaping, Chui Chik went his own way and didn't return to the group. As time passes, he learns that the rest of the group was behind a series of horrific crimes that were outside the jurisdiction of his hometown's authorities. He disguises himself and assumes the heroic persona "Black Mask" in order to stop them. Black Mask is virtually indestructible thanks to military procedure that robbed super-soldiers of their capacity to feel pain.
