General Randolph leads a group of skeptical government officials to a remote laboratory for a demonstration of "Psychic Materialization," a successful side effect of an experimental drug. However, project scientists had warned that insufficient testing had been conducted to address safety concerns. A vicious creature is created by a freak accident during a protest to the politicians! Because it is unable to confine the monster, it wreaks havoc and disaster on humanity! With the creature reproducing at an alarming rate and all known weapons seemingly rendered ineffective against it, scientists are gravely concerned for humanity's survival!
