In the final installment of his trilogy, Henelotter ups the ante by introducing a new member to the family: the potentially monster fruit of Belial's horribly disfigured loins. While the pair continues to enjoy relative anonymity and comfort in their newfound home (presided over by Granny Roth), things take a turn for the worse during a visit to Uncle Hal's Georgia Clinic, where they run into an especially nasty redneck sheriff and his similarly blinkered band of merry men.
