As I AM: the Life and Times of DJ AM
In the '90s L.A. party scene, Adam Goldstein was a familiar face to many of his peers, and he became known as DJ AM. DJ AM swiftly went to the top of the music industry after overcoming numerous challenges, including a problematic family situation and a number of addictions. As one of the first DJs to pioneer the mashup movement, he became a household name. The horrors of his past, though, still tormented him. After surviving a plane disaster, he took an overdose and died soon after.
