Five university pals get together for a New Year's Eve house party to celebrate their graduations. The fact that an epidemic has emerged outside their door and is spreading throughout the world is unknown to them. They seal themselves inside their homes with nothing except their phones, laptops, and other electronic equipment, as they have nowhere else to turn for assistance. They are employing their gadgets to investigate the likely source of this outbreak. As they plunge more into the cause and the resulting turmoil, information and video footage overflow their computers. Fear quickly turns into paranoia as the illness spreads throughout the house. Who can be trusted? So, in whom do they have confidence? As they gradually uncover the source of the virus that is causing the illness, reality begins to blur...and there is no turning back.
