Anna
Mairy, a thirty-year-old Filipina woman, works in a village in the Cypriot capital of Nicosia. She is responsible for Mr. Michalis, a 75-year-old man who suffers from arteriosclerosis, and his family. A soap opera with a heroine named Anna is what Mr. Michalis spends his days watching on television, and he spends his evenings in front of the screen as well. Soon after, he gets enamored with this heroine, to the extent where he refers to her as "Anna," despite the objections of his daughter Melpo.
