Amira & Sam
An Iraqi interpreter who Sam had worked with in Afghanistan and Iraq introduces Sam to Amira on a visit to her uncle, Bassam. Bassam and Sam formed a close friendship throughout their time in the military. An initial distrust of him is based on his military background, which is why Amira's brother was murdered in the war by a bomb dropped by American soldiers. At the moment, Sam didn't know that Charlie was asking him to help him with illegal hedge funds. his father died, Amira has been staying with uncle Bassam .'s Having been arrested for selling bootlegged DVDs on the street, she is now being pursued by immigration officials.
