Pastor John (Robert Amaya) and his wife, Betsy (Erin Bethea), want their church to grow so much that they change their church Christmas show. Mary Margaret (Sallie Wanchisn), an elderly choir director, is flabbergasted. She leads the choir to go on strike. Pastor John is about to be fired, so he disguises himself as an old man to bridge the generation gap, win over Mary, and bring the choir back to the church. In the end, Pastor John must learn to love the people who aren't very nice or his church and family could be destroyed.
