All Dogs Go to Heaven

A casino owner's dog named Charlie gets slain by his adversary Carface and ends up in Heaven by default. For revenge on his killer, he cons his way back to life, despite the warning that doing so damns him to Hell. Then he partners up with Itchy to prepare his counterattack. He also meets an orphan girl who can communicate with animals, helping him to get an advantage in the races and fund his schemes. But he still has dreams about what awaits him on the other side until he can prove himself worthy of Heaven again.
