Ali: Fear Eats the Soul

Emmi Kurowski, who works as a cleaner, is lonely now that she is old. Her husband died a long time ago, and her grown children don't spend much time with her. One night, she goes to a bar where Arab immigrants hang out. There, she meets Ali, a middle-aged mechanic, and they become friends. Soon, their relationship turns into something more, and Emmi's family and neighbors don't like how quickly they got married. Soon, Emmi and Ali will have to face their own fears about what the future holds for them.
