After the Storm
Despite having won a literary award 15 years ago, Ryota is an unpopular writer. Ryota is now a private detective. He has an 11-year-old son Shingo with his ex-wife Kyoko. Yoshiko, his mother, lives by herself in her apartment. Ryota, his ex-wife Kyoko, and their son Shingo meet at Yoshiko's apartment one day. A typhoon passes through, and the family is forced to spend the night there.
