Jack McCall is a literary agent who talks quickly and can close any deal, at any time, in any way. He has set his sights on Dr. Sinja (Cliff Curtis), a New Age guru, for his own selfish reasons. But Dr. Sinja is on to him, and when a magical Bodhi tree suddenly appears in Jack's backyard, his life falls apart. Jack recognizes that when the last leaf falls, both he and the tree will be dead. Jack McCall's words have never failed him, but now he has to stop talking and come up with some crazy ways to talk or he's going to die.
