All of the people who had planned to attend the inauguration of Francesca's new Italian restaurant are in Natalie's heart when she hears that her cousin has had to postpone it due to the Christmas Eve snowstorm. Natalie tries to make the opening happen any way she can because no one should be alone on Christmas Day. In contrast, Chef Stefano (Gilles Marini) thinks it's impossible because there are just three days left until Christmas! While Stefano is skeptical at first, Natalie soon persuades him that they can accomplish their goal. After a while working together, these two opposites begin to develop feelings for each other. Natalie comes to realize that cooking, like the holiday season, isn't about getting everything quite right. It's all about sharing it with those you care about.
