15 Minutes
A video camera is stolen by Oleg, an Eastern European criminal, and he begins capturing their illicit and legal acts while in New York City to collect his share of a heist score. In order to profit from the American media circus, they decide to go after the media-savvy NYPD Homicide Detective Eddie Flemming and the media-naive FDNY Fire Marshal Jordy Warsaw, the cops who are investigating their murder and subsequent torching of their former criminal partner. They plan to sell their footage to the local TV show "Top Story," which will then air the footage on their show.
