WWE Superstars is a professional wrestling television program originally broadcast on WGN America in the United States and produced by WWE. It premiered on April 16, 2009 and ceased domestic airing on April 7, 2011. After its final domestic television broadcast, the show transitioned to an internet broadcast format while maintaining a regular television broadcast in foreign markets. The show includes WWEmid-and low-card superstars and divas, in a similar structure to the previous show WWE Heat, which served the same function. John Cena and Randy Orton were among the first notable figures to appear on the show. In the past, the show has also featured talent from the former ECW brand.
