Tyrant
The tale of an average American family that becomes embroiled in the politics and culture of a tumultuous Middle Eastern nation. Bassam "Barry" Al Fayeed, the younger son of the dictator of a war-torn nation, ends a self-imposed exile of twenty years to return to his homeland, accompanied by his American wife and children, in time for his nephew's wedding. He does so with the blessing of his father, the dictator of the nation. The unwelcome return of Barry to his childhood home sets off a dramatic collision of cultures when he is thrust back into the domestic and national politics of his younger years.
