Tom and Jerry Tales is an animated television series that began production in2005, debuted on September23,2006, and ran through March 2008 on Kids' WB! Since the first Tom and Jerry cartoon, Puss Gets the Boot, this is the fourth television show in the franchise that continues the pursuit and brutality of the Oscar-winning cat and mouse team and other characters. It is based on the 1940s and 1950s cartoons featuring the renowned cat and mouse, Tom and Jerry. The series has been rebroadcast on Cartoon Network since November21, 2011.
