The Purge
There are various seemingly unrelated characters who live in the same little town in the dystopian America ruled by a totalitarian political party. A mysterious rescuer unites them all, and he's fully prepared for anything the night throws at them. During the final moments of the film, each character is forced to confront their pasts and see how far they can go to survive the night.
