How can a mermaid from Joseon thrive in contemporary Seoul? Shim Chung, a mermaid, has been transported to the present. Heo Joon Jae, a charming but icy con artist, catches her. He is the doppelganger of Kim Moon, the son of a Joseon Dynasty lord. But in the present, Joon Jae is mentored by Jo Nam Doo, a skilled con artist, to become a master con artist. Cha Shi Ah, who works as a researcher at KAIST and is a close friend of Joon Jae, may be Chung's only chance of surviving in her odd new world.
