The Batman
The Batman is a Warner Bros. Animation-produced American animated television series based on the DC Comics superhero Batman. It aired from September 11, 2004 through March 22, 2008 on the Kids' WB block on Saturday mornings. It does not adhere to the continuity established by the comic books, the film series, or Batman: The Animated Series and its spin-offs, despite incorporating numerous elements from past Batman narratives. Jeff Matsuda, the artist for Jackie Chan Adventures, designed the characters and also directed the conclusion. The series was awarded six Daytime Emmys.
