Lawrence, a traveling merchant looking to make money, finds a naked girl with the ears and tail of a wolf sleeping in his cart. Her name is Holo, and she is a harvest goddess who hides a wild beast inside of her and longs to go back to her beloved northern home. With his street smarts and her animal instincts, a simple peddler and a forgotten god set out on a journey through the wild countryside. Along their path, they will find happiness and see how empty the human heart is.
