The Indian sitcom Sarabhai vs. Sarabhai was created by Jamnadas Majethia and Aatish Kapadia. It was helmed by director Deven Bhojani. With an ensemble cast that includes Satish Shah, Ratna Pathak, Sumeet Raghavan, Rupali Ganguly, and Rajesh Kumar, the drama focuses on a typical South Mumbai upper-class family. The television series was created by Hats Off Productions. The show, which aired on STAR One from 2004 to 2006, was cancelled due to insufficient viewership. After reruns, the sitcom garnered a cult following. In May 2017, the show returned to Hotstar as a web series in response to popular demand.
