Genetically modified laboratory mice Pinky and Brain live in a cage at Acme Labs. When it comes to their personalities, Pinky's good-natured and Pinky's feeble-minded. Each episode has Brain coming up with a new scheme to take over the world, which is always doomed to failure owing to either Pinky's stupidity, the difficulty of Brain's scheme, Brain's own arrogance, or simply events beyond their control.
