The Moon Embracing the Sun
Heo Yeon Woo, 13, is the daughter of a high-ranking official. She goes with her mother to the royal palace to celebrate her brother, Heo Yeom, who passed the civil service exam. She meets Crown Prince Lee Hwon by coincidence. They fall in love, and Yeon Woo is chosen to be the Crown Princess of Joseon. Before they can get married, the Dowager Queen orders her death in secret so that she can get more power. Yeon Woo is cursed and gets sick because of it. Even the Crown Prince Lee Hwon thinks that she is dead. After being hurt, he refuses to love anyone else. The young king meets a shaman named Wol after eight years.
