Mischievous Kiss: Love in Tokyo

Naoki Irie, a handsome high school student, catches the eye of Kotoko Aihara, a less-than-intelligent high school student. She is smitten from the first moment they meet. When she finally gets an opportunity, Kotoko finally reveals her affections to him. "I don't like dumb ladies," Naoki tells Kotoko, snubbing her in the process. An earthquake severely damages Kotoko Aihara's home one day. It is decided that Kotoko Aihara and her father would live with her father's acquaintance until the house is restored. After moving into her new temporary residence, Kotoko Aihara discovers that Naoki Irie also lives there.
