It was initially broadcast in the United Kingdom on the Children's BBC, and then became a part of the Toy Box BBC video collection in the late 1990s. It was also broadcast on Nick Jr. UK, and it can currently be seen on Tiny Pop. After the conclusion of the series, a feature-length film adapted specifically for direct-to-video and DVD release was also produced.
