Fight Quest

Fight Quest is a Discovery Channel television show that premiered with a preview episode on December28, 2007 and began broadcasting weekly on January4, 2008. The show followed Jimmy Smith and Doug Anderson as they traveled around the world learning various martial arts disciplines, spending five days training with prominent masters of the styles they were studying before demonstratingand/or fighting what they had learned. The show was canceled after the first season, according to remarks from the hosts. An revised DVD box set was published at the end of February that contained the final three episodes that were not included in the original release. Only three episodes were aired before the series was terminated at the start of the second season, with the last one ending on October3, 2008.
