The Great Doctor
After being discovered in918, the kingdom of Goryeo faced an existential dilemma when the strong Yuan dynasty attempted to enslave them. In the imaginary scenario of this play, a warrior from Goryeo meets a plastic surgeon from the present day. The warrior who received an order from the monarch to find a doctor who can cure the fatally injured queen kidnaps the plastic surgeon. The two people who were never meant to be together are thrown together to fight their way through the trials of Goryeo. The warrior promises to return her to her world, but a devious royal advisor convinces the king to force the surgeon to stay because she can be helpful to him. There, the surgeon falls in love with the royal guard's leader, a warrior. Love that transcends time and space blossoms in this era of upheaval and instability.
