Durarara!!
In the Ikebukuro district of downtown Tokyo, among the bizarre stories and warnings of mysterious gangs and dangerous residents, one urban legend sticks out: the existence of a headless "Black Rider" piloting a jet-black motorcycle through the city streets. A childhood friend's invitation persuades Mikado Ryuugamine to relocate to Tokyo, since he has always yearned for the excitement of city life. Upon observing the Black Rider on his first day in the city, his desires appeared to have already been granted. Normal folks such as himself, as well as Ikebukuro's most eccentric residents, become entangled in the chaos that erupts in their city when otherworldly occurrences begin to occur.
