Shinigami-kun, also known as grim reaper 413, is a novice who announces the demise of people destined to die and transports their souls to the underworld. His signature greeting was "Congratulations!" Although it is difficult to see how this can be a joyous occasion, I have come to see you and to watch over the dying. Persuading persons trying suicide and avoiding unexpected deaths are also vital tasks for the grim reaper. But because #413 is new to this grim reaper job, he tends to favor humanity in his judgments, disobey the rules of the underworld, and receive reprimands from his boss.
