Megu, a lovely young karate student, takes a group of older pals on a camping trip into the woods, including smart female Aya, her druggie lover Také, big-boobed model Maki, and nerdy Naoi. A parasitical worm is discovered inside one of the fish they catch, and Maki consumes it alive in the expectation that it will help her maintain her slim figure. Things start to go wrong from there. Zombies appear shortly after, which is not entirely unexpected in a setting like this, and proceed to complicate matters even further. They seek safety at the home of the odd Dr. Tanaka and his daughter Sachi after being attacked by a swarm of poop-covered zombies who emerge from an outhouse toilet and attach themselves to the party. Tanaka, on the other hand, has been performing tests on the parasites—as well as the zombies!—and has other plans for the five visitors from the city, which they are completely unaware of.
